These terms govern your use of the Vetralis apps, devices, and API. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Vetralis monitors HVAC and refrigeration equipment using a cellular sensor device and reports conditions, health scores, and alerts. Monitoring depends on cellular connectivity, sensor accuracy, correct installation, and accurate equipment configuration.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login method secure. Login codes are sent to the email or cellphone on your account; anyone with access to those can access your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Pressure-tap sensor installation must be performed by a qualified technician, not by end users. Improper installation can cause refrigerant loss, equipment damage, or injury, and may void equipment warranties.
Unit owners may grant and revoke service-company access to a unit. If you grant access, that company can see the unit's equipment details, telemetry, and alerts. Revoking access stops future visibility.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, or events beyond our control, including cellular network failure.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vetralis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for equipment damage, property damage, spoilage, lost product, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the Account screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, notified in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
